Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Orders are processed within 3- 7 business days from the time of cleared payment, some sooner. Shipping takes approximately 3- 5 business days. Shipping to some areas may take up to 7 business days. No items are shipped on weekends or holidays.

KIM Hair Imports is NOT responsible for any lost items. If tracking states delivered and you haven't received your package, please see the United States Postal Service. KIM Hair Imports doesn't hold responsibility for any item that states delivered or is listed as untraceable, but I will attempt to help resolve it through the Postal Service. 

Returns: We will NOT exchange any item(s) that have been used. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used or altered. An exchange may be made if there is an error on my end. To qualify for a product exchange, if granted, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order at 1kimhairimports@gmail.com. I will NOT exchange or except a return on wigs or items that has been customized or altered. 

KIM Hair Imports has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item(s) based on the following reasons:

  1. The merchandise must be returned in it's original state and the buyer is responsible for shipping and other fees associated with the purchase. We will not except any pieces that has been worn or used, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, have odors, cut or seperated wefts, or the lengths/ textures have been compromised. 
  2. The merchandise is damaged.
  3. Pieces are missing.
  4. It's past the exceptional 2 days of receiving the item. 

In the event an exchange is granted the merchandise must be in the same condition it was purchased. 

The merchandise exchanged must be of equal value, or more (no refund will be issued). 

The customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee and shipping on all returned/ exchanged item. 

WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE ANY UNRAVELLED BUNDLES!

Cancellation: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a custom order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order.

By placing an order with Kim Hair Imports, you  agree fully that you have read and understood all of the provisions stated above and you agree with them fully and have agreed to be bound by such provisions
